Minor update to mining and satellites, bug fixes

This is a minor update that reworks deeper mining and satellites projects.  Also adds some advanced researches for those crazy enough to get there this early.  A lot of work on unreachable content is also included, but I mostly wanted to patch mining.

I was not able to playtest this as much as I wanted so if you find any bugs please tell me :(
